Elearn.ng is a vocational skills training platform that aims to provide learners with interactive e-learning courses across various vocational categories. The primary objective of the project was to develop an e-learning platform that would provide learners with an interactive and engaging learning experience. The platform needed to be easy to use, intuitive, and able to support a wide range of content formats.
The project included several key deliverables, including:
- Wireframing and high-fidelity mockup production for the e-learning platform: The project team started by creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for the e-learning platform. These helped to visualize the platform's design and functionality before development started.
- API Development: The team developed APIs that were compatible with SCORM/Tin-Can APIs. These APIs allowed the platform to communicate with other learning management systems.
- Application Security testing (pre- Go-live): The project team carried out security testing to ensure that the platform was secure and protected against unauthorized access.
- User acceptance testing: The team conducted user acceptance testing to ensure that the platform was easy to use and intuitive. Pilot testing was conducted with select users across key organization units such as accounting, learning development, and sales teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Outcome
The Elearn.ng project was a success, with the project team developing an intuitive and engaging e-learning platform that provided learners with an interactive and engaging learning experience. The platform was scalable and secure, with robust usage analytics tracking.
