Gap Analysis of an Entrepreneurship Platform - AfDB

Ennova is an initiative of the African Development Bank's Jobs for Youth in Africa Strategy to improve inclusive economic development and to accelerate investment in African youth. The platform aims to connect African entrepreneurs with the right support organizations they need to build stronger and more sustainable businesses that create jobs for young people.

To ensure its suitability, with the Entrepreneurship Establishment Program (EEP), We conducted a detailed review and gap analysis of the Ennova platform.

The project included several key deliverables, including:

‍

• Technical analysis of the Ennova platform, evaluating parameters such as Usability, Performance, Security, Integration, Scalability, Maintainability, Analytics, Automation and Reusability. 

‍

• Gap analysis to identify key elements missing from the program that need to be addressed to make the platform more effective in supporting African entrepreneurs.
