Program Overview
The Lintna EdTech Bootcamp is an initiative designed to empower EdTech entrepreneurs across Nigeria by providing them with comprehensive training and practical knowledge needed to build and scale successful EdTech startups. The program facilitated opportunities for networking, collaboration, and strategic brainstorming among participants.
The Bootcamp combined intensive training, interactive sessions, hands-on assessments, and a capstone project, culminating in a live pitching session judged by industry experts from across Africa.
Program Structure
The two-day Bootcamp featured intensive virtual training sessions led by industry experts, focusing on key elements essential for EdTech startup success. Leveraging the Lintna LMS live class feature, participants engaged in seamless interactive learning. On Day 1, three expert facilitators guided sessions on building and scaling EdTech startups with the right business strategy, acquiring and retaining customers for sustainable growth, and navigating investment opportunities. Day 2 continued with insights from two additional facilitators on forging partnerships and collaborations with governments to scale EdTech solutions developing a workable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF). The Bootcamp concluded with an assessment, and the top 12 performers advanced to the next phase.
Capstone Project
As a capstone project, the 12 selected participants developed strategic growth plans for their startups, applying the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program. This hands-on exercise allowed them to refine their business strategies and create actionable roadmaps for scaling their ventures successfully.
Pitching Session and Award Ceremony
As part of the capstone project, the 12 selected participants developed strategic growth plans for their startups, applying the insights gained throughout the program. On July 2nd, a live pitching session was held, where the top five participants presented their projects to a jury of industry experts from across Africa. The program concluded with an award ceremony on July 3rd, where the top two winners were recognized for their exceptional startup strategies. Additionally, certificates were awarded to all eligible participants, marking their successful completion of the program.
